A La Gerbe D'Or was a Parisian silversmith and jewelry house founded in 1797, located at 86 rue de Rivoli. In the 19th century it was directed by Mme Chapus and her son, and the firm's mark and advertisements are documented in period Parisian trade sources.
The house produced chased gold work and jeweled small objects — animal and figural forms set with diamonds and colored stones, along with decorative flower baskets and other small Parisian luxury goods.
Surviving documentation on this house is limited to trade marks, advertisements, and museum collection notes; dates of operation beyond the 19th century are not established.
