1. Who we are

This website is operated by Euro Antiques LLC ("Euro Antiques", "we", "us"), a limited liability company based in Miami, Florida. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

Every piece we sell is antique, vintage or previously owned, and one of a kind. Unless a listing states otherwise, pieces are sold in as-found condition, with wear consistent with their age.

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including condition, materials, period and origin. Photographs are of the actual piece, not a stock image or a representative sample. Colours vary between screens. Where a precise colour match matters to your project, ask us and we will help.

Attributions. Where a listing describes a piece as "attributed to", "in the manner of", "in the style of", "after", or "circle of" a named maker, that is our informed opinion based on form, construction and materials — not a certification of authorship, and not a guarantee of investment value. Where authorship is documented we say so plainly and name the evidence. Periods and dates given as "circa" are approximate.

3. Availability

Because every piece is unique, stock is one deep. A piece may sell between your viewing it and completing checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we confirm and dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a listing contained a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify payment, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

5. Trade programme

Approved trade members receive the discount stated on our Trade Program page. Trade pricing requires an approved account and is not retroactive to prior orders. We may verify professional credentials and may withdraw trade status if the account is misused.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or events outside our control.

You are responsible for confirming that a piece will fit through your doors, stairwells and lifts. We will supply any dimension you ask for — please ask before ordering. Access failures at delivery are not grounds for a return outside our Refund Policy.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, written descriptions, the Euro Antiques name and logo — belongs to Euro Antiques LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce our photography or listing text for commercial use without written permission.

9. Accuracy of the site

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is free of error. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euro Antiques LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any piece purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to a piece will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Antiques, safety and intended use

Many antique pieces were made before modern safety standards existed. They are sold as antiques and decorative objects, for adult use.

  • Antique lighting is sold as a decorative object. Where we have rewired a piece we say so in the listing. Any antique lighting must be inspected and installed by a licensed electrician before use, and must not be assumed to meet current electrical codes.
  • Antique furniture may not bear the loads modern furniture is engineered for. Chairs, tables and shelving should be used accordingly, and we do not recommend antique seating for commercial or high-traffic use.
  • Finishes. Pieces made before 1978 may contain lead-based paint or finishes. Antique and collectible items are generally outside modern lead-content rules for children's products, and they are sold as collectors' pieces — not as children's products, toys, or nursery furniture.
  • Mirrors and glass in antique pieces are original unless stated and may not be safety glass.
  • Restricted materials. We do not knowingly offer any piece containing material restricted under CITES or state wildlife law. If you believe a listing contains such material, tell us and we will remove it pending review.

12. Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
