“I have dealt with 1stdibs on many occasions with excellent outcomes on my purchases, but this time I purchased an Art Nouveau Porcelain Statue of a Woman from Euro Antiques located in Arles, France. When I received my beautiful statue I was totally blown away by the most incredible packaging ever!!! First, I was amazed at such a large box (the statue being only 12" tall) which piqued my curiosity; it being filled with peanuts. Next, I discovered a medium-sized (13 1/2" W x 10 3/4" D x 13 1/2" T) hard, plastic file /storage box encased in some type of semi-hard foam. On the inside, Euro Antiques had to my amazement, carved this foam to fit perfectly the interior of all sides and top of the box. A plethora of bubble wrap filled the inside...in the middle of this was my precious lady who was also covered in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Now, after traveling thousands of miles over land and sea, she is proudly displayed in Texas for all to admire thanks to Euro Antiques!!!”
