Moreno's work is often described as "magical realism". Inspired by great surrealist artist of the 20th century including Salvador Dali.

Hans Bellmer was born March 13, 1902, in Kattowitz, then part of the German Empire (now Katowice, Poland), and died February 24, 1975, in Paris. He studied engineering in Berlin before working as a typographer, bookbinder, and commercial draftsman.
Bellmer is best known for a series of life-sized, articulated female dolls he began constructing in 1933, photographed in fragmented configurations, in part as a private protest against Nazism. When declared degenerate by the regime, he left Germany for Paris, joining André Breton's Surrealist circle.

Packing
Packed by hand. Fragile items are double-boxed with custom foam inserts. Glass and detachable elements are removed, packed separately and reassembled on arrival.

Photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours. We handle all freight claims directly and will arrange a resolution.
Returns
