The piece

Add a distinctive mid-century-inspired accent to your dining or display space with this handmade pedestal pottery bowl by Lauren Vanni.

Expertly crafted in stoneware ceramic, the bowl features a striking black and purple reactive glaze with rich tonal variation that catches the light beautifully. Glaze tones range through brown, ochre and turquoise-green, reflecting the influence of French and American mid-century studio pottery traditions. The piece is signed on the underside.
